2 T Hemp Seeds
2 T Chia Seeds
1/4 C Cashews
1 T Maca
1 T cacao nibs
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 C Almond milk
add either ice or a frozen banana
add Coconut nectar for sweetness (your preference)
