Vegan Blueberry Omega Antioxident Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

2T    Hemp Seeds

1T    Flax Seeds
2T    Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1T     Acai Powder
1/2 cup Chopped Pineapple
1cup     Water

Instructions:

Blend your hemp, flax & chia seeds with 1/4 cup of water until smooth and creamy. (This is a great way to make super fresh, nutrient-dense creamy drinks without any preservatives or additives typically found in store-bought Milk alternatives).
Add in your fruits and powders and the remaining water and blend
Sprinkle on some hemp seeds (or cacao nibs) for a fun & tasty presentation!
