RAW Vegan “Caramel” Filling: Recipe

RAW Vegan Caramel Chocolate Tart: Health Benefits
RAW Cacao – Cacao contains the highest antioxidants levels of any food known to man! Even compared to blueberries, it completely dominates!
Consuming RAW cacao also helps with neutralizing free radicals, lower blood pressure and improve circulation. It also improves digestion by stimulating the digestive enzymes in our bodies. Not to mention this super food is a mood-enhancer that contributes to a happier outlook on life!
Coconut Oil – Another superfood that should be consumed daily, coconut oil is an anti-microbial agent that not only kills germs topically, but also internally, by contributing lauric acid, a nutrient also found in mother’s milk! Coconut is also a great energy booster. Most people associate oil with extra fat, however coconut oil can only be used up as energy for our body to use and cannot be stored as fat. This oil is the richest source of medium chain fatty acids. It’s the medium chain fats in coconut oil that contribute to its unique character and healing properties.
