Superfood Recipe: Sugarless RAW Vegan Caramel Chocolate Tart with Himalayan Sea Salt

Sugarless RAW Vegan Caramel Chocolate Tart with Himalayan Sea Salt

RAW Tart Crust: Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw oats
  • 1 Tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp raw coconut oil
RAW Tart Crust: Recipe
  1. Blend all together and then kneed with hands to make a dough.
  2. Press crust into mini tart molds (or any mold you have)
  3. Place in freezer

RAW Chocolate Sauce: Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp raw coconut oil
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
RAW Chocolate Sauce: Directions
  1. Soften oil to a liquid and stir in cacao powder
  2. Remove crust from freezer and poor chocolate sauce in each tart, coating the inside.
  3. Place in freezer.
  4. Add cacao nibs if you’d like a “chunky” crunchy texture.

  • 1 cup dates (pre-soaked in water for 8 hours or overnight)
  • 1 Tbsp date water
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan SEA SALT

RAW Vegan “Caramel” Filling: Recipe
  1. Purée (should be a thick, creamy consistency)
  2. Fill tarts and sprinkle with Himalayan SEA SALT

Keep your tarts refrigerated unless you’re consuming right away (a hot day could make things a little runny).
