Superfood Recipe: RAW Chia Seed Pudding – Fermenting Chia for Health

Superfood Recipe: RAW Chia Seed Pudding

24 0z. filtered pure water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoons organic Yacon Syrup
1/4 Cup coconut milk powder
1 Cup chia seeds

Place all ingredients in a large glass jar or bowl. Place in a warm oven (140-160 degrees) for 1 hour. Alternatively you can cover the jar or bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place in a warm area of your kitchen. Let ferment for 24 hours.
